| FAQ’S Thank you for visiting our SImple Change Browbands web site! We are excited to introduce an all new design in beaded browbands. Our bead chains are totally interchangeable from our leathers. They are simple to remove to clean or to change to a different bead chain! Keep your beads looking like new! Will your leathers fit my horse? Our leather browbands are made exclusively for us by Master Saddler Fran Smith. They are made with the finest quality leather, available in black or brown, with or without self-padding. We stock sizes from 14 1/2" to 17 1/2" to fit any horse! Special orders for different color padding, or bridle loops to accomodate some of the newer bridles with wide crownpieces are not a problem. How do I care for my browband? In order to keep your browband looking like new, we recommend that you remove the chain before cleaning the leather. The saddle soap will dull your crystals! Clean your chain with a mild cleaner and use your polishing cloth to keep your beads sparkling! Why have some of my beads have become dark? We use the best components for your chains. Many of the beads are Sterling Silver, so they will tarnish. Polish your silver with the silver polishing cloth that we have included with your purchase. They will shine like new. These cloths can be purchased inexpensively at Walmart or any other dept store. The bead chain loosens when I straighten the browband? That is the design! When the browband is curved on the bridle the chain is pulled snuggly into the channel of the browband. When the browband is straightened and inverted, the chain is loosened so that it can removed for cleaning or changed to a different chain! If the chain ever become loose when it is curved on the bridle, please contact us and we will tighten it up for you at no charge. Can the chain break? We have not had any problems with the chains breaking. We would ask that you treat your chain as any other fine jewelry. We recommend that you do not overly curve your browband, as if you were carrying it with the loop ends pulled together. This could overly stretch the chain and cause it to become loose or break. In the unlikely event that you do have a chain that breaks, we will repair it for at no charge you as long as it does not appear to have been abused. Then there would be a minimal charge. I have to get one! How do I order? Contact us by email at simplechangebrowbands@hotmail.com We can easily bill you through Paypal, or you can send us a check. At this time we have chosen not to accept credit cards so that we can offer you the lowest possible prices. |
